Parking and Drop-off directions for Parents--IMPORTANT​

  • To avoid a traffic jam in the morning, we ask that you drop off your child's project on Friday evening between 8:30pm and 9:30pm at the dome.

    • If you cannot, please drop off your child and his/her project by the main entrance of the dome no later than 8:30am.  Do NOT park in this area as this is reserved for MaF participants.

    • Staff will be at the entrance to escort your child into the dome and to DESIF's judging area.   

  • Once you drop off your child, please park at Turkey Brook Park.  A shuttle will bring you to The Marauder Dome.

Please register as soon as possible.  Below are the dates by which registration needs to be submitted. 

  • Mountain View: Tuesday, 2/20

  • CMS: Monday, 2/26

  • Sandshore and Tinc Road: Wednesday, 3/8

Reminder: No more than two students per team may register for DESIF.

Mount Olive School District's Elementary Science & Innovation Fair (DESIF)

will be held during The Marauder Maker Fest

to showcase the intellect and talent of all our students.

What to do during judging of DESIF projects

  • Every project will be assigned a number.  You may assist your child with setting up his/her project.

  • Once the team of judges arrives to assess the project, please step away.

  • After judging is complete, your child may partake in any of the activities in the dome or HS.  Please refer to the tab entitled, "Schedule of Events" to know when the awards ceremony will be.
